Things you need to know

How old do you need to be to join?

You must be 18 or over to join MyLight Premiere.

How long do I need to sign up for?

The minimum membership period is six months when you pay monthly. If you pay upfront, the minimum period is either 6 or 12 months depending on which you choose.

Can I watch any film?

Any standard public 2D or 3D screenings with standard seating (supplemented seating upgrades available), including Mystery Screenings, Family Specials, Baby-Friendly, Autism-Friendly and Dementia-Friendly showings.

What can't I watch?

Event Cinema (music, theatre, sport etc) and IMAX screenings are subject to an additional cost and special or private screenings such as film festivals, charity screenings and premieres.

Can I use my membership at your other venues?

Yes, you can.

How do I book?

You can book your tickets in cinema at the till or on our website.

What do I have to pay extra for?

Just 3D glasses.

How many tickets can I book at once?

You can book three tickets in advance, but they must be for different films. You can't book more than once for a particular film at any one time. Your bookings also can't overlap.

How do I cancel and rebook a showing?

You can cancel your film booking up to 2 hours before showtime or up to 48 hours before an Event Cinema showing by logging into your account and selecting 'My Bookings'. You'll then receive a credit you can use within three months to rebook another showing.

When do I need to show my membership?

You'll need to show your digital membership card to book tickets and in the cinema and before entering the screen. You'll also be given the option of getting a physical card for an extra £2.50 too.

Can I lend my membership or give my ticket(s) to someone else?

No, you can't.

Which food and drink does the 10% discount apply to?

You can always get 10% off all your cinema favourites like popcorn, soft drinks, nachos, and sweets. Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) you'll also be able to get 10% off any alcohol.

How do I book member only screenings?

You can find out about upcoming member only screenings and book on our website. We'll also email members as soon as tickets go on sale.

Can I get a physical card?

Yes, you can request one through myaccount.
