Om Prakash Agarwal is an honest RTO inspector in Bhopal and a diehard fan of Bollywood superstar Vijay Kumar. He makes it a point to watch the first day first show of all films starring his idol, even occasionally sneaking his 8 year old son Gabbu, out of school to go along with him. Om Prakash hopes to one day click a selfie with Vijay Kumar. Om Prakash is excited when he finds out from Gabbu that Vijay Kumar will be coming to Bhopal for his next film shoot.
